The instant writ petition is preferred under Article 226 of Constitution of India for mandamus commanding the Vice Chairman, Prayagraj Development Authority, Prayagraj (respondent no.2) to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner and to demolish the illegal constructions raised by the respondent no.3 over the land of the petitioner. 4.
