Heard Shri Chandrajeet, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Ramesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for respondent No. 4 and learned Standing Counsel. 2. Petitioner has challenged the recovery initiated against him to recover Rs. 24,00,000/- and to release the vehicle bearing registration number HR 38 AD 1013. 3. Preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for respondent No. 4 that this is the third writ petition for the same cause. The order passed in the second writ petition has not even been disclosed. 4. We find Writ C No. 16487 of 2024 (Dilshad v. State of U.P. and three others) was filed by the petitioner first, which was disposed of with the following observations:- "5.
