This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in deciding the application dated 18.03.2025 filed by him. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising his grievance, the petitioner has filed an application dated 18.03.2025 before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate/Collector, Bhadohi, however the same has not yet been decided by the said authority. 4.
