The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to remove 33 KVA Power House from Gata No.168 and vacate the land of the petitioners or to pay the compensation of the said land at the present market rate. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are recorded tenure holders of Gata Nos.150, 151 and 168. The petitioners had offerred Gata Nos.150 and 151 through Gift Deed in favour of Nigam for construction of 33 KVA Power House. Instead of constructing the power house over Gata Nos.150 and 151, admittedly the respondents have established 33 KVA Power House over Gata No.168 with
