Petitioners were appointed at respondent Madarsa namely Madarsa Quraniya, Gopalpur Shahri, Jaunpur and respective financial approval was also granted by the Registrar, U.P. Madarsa Shiksha Board (for short “Madarsa Board”) with few conditions.
