This writ petition is directed against order dated 15.07.2022 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad whereby the Original Application filed by the petitioner was allowed and the respondents were directed to release the amount of gratuity within a period of two months with liberty to deduct the licence fee, if any, due towards the respondents and order dated 04.04.2024 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in the review application filed by the petitioner. 2.
