This petition is directed against order dated 25.11.2024 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad ('the Tribunal') whereby the Original Application ('O.A.') filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. 2. The O.A. was filed aggrieved of the order dated 31.08.2019 passed by the respondents whereby, on reconsideration pursuant to the order passed by the Tribunal in the earlier round of litigation, the claim made by the petitioner for points higher than what were earlier awarded, has been rejected. 3.
