Union of India and others) challenging the order dated 20.01.2023 whereby the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad (‘the Tribunal’) has dismissed the O.A., thereby denying the petitioner's prayer for grant of compassionate appointment. 3.
