The instant petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned office notification dated 06.08.2025 issued by the State Project Director, Uttar Pradesh Education for all Project Board whereby the petitioner has been repatriated to the post of Assistant Teacher in Primary School Hashkheda, Block- Machhrehta, District- Sitapur and further District Basic Education Officer, Aligarh has also been directed to relieve the petitioner to his original school at Sitapur.
