The present application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [Section 438 Cr.P.C.] by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 386/2025 BAIL APPLN. 3485/2025 2. As per allegation in the FIR, complainant had been working as Assistant Manager, Batra Hospital, Faridabad for the past two months. There, she came in contact with the petitioner.
