It is contended that earlier also petitioner had filed a similar petition, which was allowed to be withdrawn vide order dated 09.09.2025 of this Court, granting liberty to the petitioner to move a formal application before the trial court for expeditious disposal of the suit. Accordingly, the petitioner filed application Annexure-P20 before the trial court explaining the circumstances and requesting for expeditious disposal of the suit.
