This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 12.03.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 2922/2021, titled Laxman Singh & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors., whereby the learned Tribunal allowed the O.A. filed by the respondents herein with the following directions: “13. In view of the same, we hereby are allowing the present Original Application by Signature Not Verified W.P.(C) 16507/2025 Page 1 of 3 Signed By:RENUKA NEGI Signing Date:01.11.2025 15:44:34 quashing and setting aside the impugned order in so far as fixing the crucial date of determination as on 20.11.2019 and the crucial date for clarification ought to be from the date of the Notification, ie, 09.04.2009, when the office memorandum became operational. Consequently, the applicants shall be entitled to the benefits with effect from the date of order. The aforesaid exercise shall be carried out within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. All pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
