The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to revoke/cancel the birth certificate bearing no. 291222 dated 04th February, 2000, containing date of birth of the petitioner as 01st January, 2000. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that a birth certificate dated 04 th February, 2000, bearing no. 291222 and containing date of birth as 01 st January, 2000, was issued by respondent no. 1, in favour of the petitioner. 3.
