First Anticipatory Bail Application under Section 482 B.N.S.S. read with Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner in case FIR No.0849/2024 under Section 304B/498A/34 IPC (Section 80/85/3(5) BNS) registered at Police Station Ranhola, Delhi. 2. It is submitted that the Applicant is father-in-law of deceased Sonam Kumar w/o Pankaj. It is claimed that there is no link between the death of daughter-in-law and the registration of FIR under dowry death by the Police. Deceased Sonam Kumari w/o Pankaj is a case of natural death due to heart attack while she was at her parental home. The Police have mixed up the investigations after recording false statements of the parent of the deceased. 4. About six months prior to her death the deceased had accidently consumed acidic substance. Her statement was recorded at Police Station Pala, Faridabad vide DD No.20 dated 21.08.2024 wherein she that while working, she accidentally consumed some acid for which no one was responsible.
