By way of the present petition, the petitioners have challenged the Order dated 15.01.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 05/2024, titled Sh. Sunil Kumar Bansal (Ex-Serviceman) & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors., whereby, the learned Tribunal was pleased to dismiss the said O.A. 2. In the said O.A., the petitioners had challenged the condition contained in Para 5.6.1 of the Recruitment Notice dated 01.09.2023 issued by the Staff Service Selection Commission for the post of Constable (Executive) in the Delhi Police Exam-2023. 3.
