The present petition is filed under Section 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (‘CrPC’) seeking leave to challenge the judgment dated 09.09.2020, (hereafter ‘the impugned judgment’) passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Criminal Appeal No. 14/2017 arising out of FIR No. 205/2011, registered at Police Station Bhalswa Dairy.
