This appeal is directed against order dated 22.07.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ-C No. 9879 of 2020 whereby the writ petition filed by respondent no.1 against orders dated 10.01.2019 passed by District Supply Officer, Ghaziabad and 26.08.2019 passed by Joint Commissioner (Food) Meerut Division, Meerut has been allowed and the orders have been set aside. Further direction has been granted to restore the fair price shop licence of respondent no.1 forthwith. 2.
