This appeal is directed against order dated 01.09.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ C No. 28951 of 2025 whereby the writ petition filed by the respondent has been disposed of accepting the prayer made granting liberty to file reference before the prescribed authority under Section 25 of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (for short, 'the Act') and prescribed authority has been directed to consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law after hearing all the affected parties. 2. The appeal is barred by 3 days. 3. An application seeking condonation of delay has been filed. 4.
