This is an appeal challenging the judgement and order dated 10.7.2023 passed in Writ-A No. 17150 of 2018 by which the appellant had challenged the order dated 6.4.2018 rejecting his claim for compassionate appointment was dismissed. 3. The appeal is delayed by 797 days. 4. We have perused the affidavit in support of the application for condonation of delay. 5. In para 4 of the affidavit, the date of judgement and order dated 10.7.2023 is mentioned. In paras 5 and 6 of the affidavit, it has been stated that the mother of the appellant was seriously ill in May 2023 and regained health only in June, 2025.
