Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the appellants says that in fact, in compliance of the judgment of the learned Single Judge re- measurement of the height of the respondent-petitioner was done by a Medical Board on 12.06.2020 and it was found that his height was 167.6 CM which was the below minimum height required. He says that the appeal has lost its efficacy apart from the fact that it is delayed. 4. Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay is disposed of. 5.
