First Bail Application under Section 482 read with Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Applicant, Sonu Rathore for grant of Anticipatory Bail in case FIR No.358/2025 dated 27.06.2025 under Sections 80(2), 85 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. registered at Police Station Sarai Rohilla, Delhi. 2. It is submitted that the Applicant is 31 years old and has no prior criminal antecedents. He is presently employed as Section Officer in Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India and is a permanent resident of Delhi. He apprehends his arrest in the present FIR which has been registered on the Complaint of Arjun Singh, brother of his deceased wife Kanchan, making allegations of dowry harassment and causing death of his wife. 3.
