It is to be noted that vide order dated 01st August, 2025, this Court has already noted the stand of respondent no. 1 that the main dispute is between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, and that respondent no. 1 is willing to install a new electricity meter, without going into the issue of ownership of the property in question. 3. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 submits that merely because an electricity connection is being sought by the petitioners, that may not be taken as any proof of ownership in favour of the petitioners, or confer any special right in favour of the petitioners. 4.
