The present Letters Patent Appeal, instituted under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent, assails the Judgment dated 08.01.20201 rendered by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 8396/2018, titled “Sivkan Educational Society v. Delhi Development Authority & Ors.”.
