CORAM: JUSTICE GIRISH KATHPALIA ORDER (ORAL) 1. The petitioner (defendant no.1 in the suit) has assailed order dated 30.08.2025, whereby his application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC was dismissed. 2. Having heard learned counsel for petitioner/defendant no.1, I do not find it a fit case to even issue notice. 3. Broadly speaking, the circumstances relevant for present purposes are as follows.
