The present petition has been filed under Section 278 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 seeking grant of Letter of Administration in respect of the Will dated 23rd March 2011 (hereinafter ‘Will’) of late Shri Govind Prasad Bansal (resident of D-10/2, Model Town II, Delhi-110009), who expired on 17th January 2022 (hereinafter ‘testator’) at Vinayak Hospital, Model Town, Delhi. 2.
