There is no appearance on behalf of the original petitioner Sangam Vihar Vikas Manch, though it was represented on the last two dates of hearing. 2. Mr. Abhinav Sharma, learned Counsel appearing for the review petitioner-GNCTD, submits that, owing to various operational and technical hurdles, it is not possible to construct a hospital at the land in question.
