BRIEF FACTS: 2. The marriage between the Appellant-Wife, who is a Group „A‟ officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service5, and the Respondent- Husband, who is an Advocate by profession, was solemnized on 25.01.2010 at Delhi in accordance with Hindu rites and ceremonies. The marriage was the second for both parties, and no children were born from this union. 3.
