By way of the present revision petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 23.12.2024 [hereafter „impugned order‟], passed by the learned Additional and Sessions Judge (POCSO), North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi [hereafter „Trial Court‟], whereby the learned Trial Court had framed charge against the petitioner for commission of offence punishable under Section 79 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 [hereafter „JJ Act‟], in SC No. 393/2022, arising out of FIR No. 230/2022, registered at Police Station Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. As set out in the petition, it is the petitioner‟s case that she is a social activist and runs an NGO in Rohini, Delhi. It is stated that she has dedicated her life to social welfare and the upliftment of underprivileged communities, but has been falsely implicated in the present case. 3. The brief facts of the case are that the FIR had been registered on 29.01.2022 on the complaint of the victim „X‟.
