The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”), not to execute the Sealing Order dated 17th September, 2025, in respect of the property bearing no. WZ-415, Nangal Raya, New Delhi-110046. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed on account of the fact that there is no Presiding Officer in the Appellate Tribunal MCD (“ATMCD”) as of now. She further submits that earlier a Demolition Order dated 05th March, 2025, had been issued by the respondent. She submits that an appeal challenging the said Demolition Order has also been filed, which is pending before the ATMCD. 4. She further draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 25th March, 2025, passed by the ATMCD, in Appeal No. 162/2025, to submit that status quo order in favour of the petitioner with regard to the Demolition Order, has already been passed by the ATMCD.
