The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions for quashing of the Show Cause Notice dated 18th September, 2025 passed by the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) with respect to the second, third and fourth floors of the property bearing No. 10917 (Part), Manakpura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that an appeal has already been filed on behalf of the petitioner before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD (“ATMCD”), which is next listed for hearing on 13 th November, 2025. 3. He submits that the present writ petition was filed since earlier there was no Presiding Officer in the ATMCD. However, since there is now a Presiding Officer in the ATMCD, he shall press his appeal in the said forum.
