Rule. The Rule is made returnable immediately at the request of and with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 3. The Petitioner challenges the impugned order dated 12 December 2022 made by the 3rd Respondent inter alia on the ground that the same was made without due compliance with the principles of natural justice and fair play. 4.
