This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to remove the alleged illegal encroachment over Khasra No. 866, admeasuring 0.0630 hectares of Village-Sarna, District-Ghaziabad. 2. Allegations have been made that the great grandfather of respondent Nos. 4 to 6 had filed a suit for obtaining title of the land in question, however, the same was adjudicated against them and the Court ruled that the said land was State land and that the land in question is a public utility land and therefore, the respondents be directed to remove the encroachment/illegal construction by respondent Nos. 4 to 6. 3.
