This PIL was filed in 2018 raising certain grievance with regard to alleged bogus and fraudulent bills paid from the account of Gram Sabha Mudiyara, Vikas Khand- Mal, Tehsil- Malihabad, District- Lucknow etc. 2. None has appeared to press this petition today. 3. It appears that the petition has lost its efficacy. Even otherwise the petitioner should have approached the District Magistrate or the Chief Development Officer concerned raising a complaint against the Gram Pradhan of the Gaon Sabha.
