This petition has been filed by the petitioners-students of National Law University, Ranchi seeking a direction for immediate arrangements for the protection of food grains from being rotten by upcoming monsoon, make arrangements of waterproof tents for the storage of the food grains, which is temporarily kept in open and take adequate number of warehouses on rent for storage of food grains. 2. Looking to the nature of petition filed, apparently, on account of passage of time, the same has been rendered infructuous. 3. The petition is, therefore, dismissed as having become infructuous.
