This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent no. 2 to restrain respondent nos. 4 to 6 from establishing electricity poles for running a 11000 volts high power line on the way in question. 2. Submissions have been made that a 11 feet wide way exists, which is not recorded in the revenue record as the same was made available by the villagers. However, the respondent-Electricity Company, is seeking to lay an electricity line by using said road, which is resulting in width of the road getting reduced and there is likelihood of some accident taking place, in case vehicles using the road collide with the electricity pole and, therefore, the respondents be restrained from constructing the said electricity line. 3.
