This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to prevent respondent Nos. 6 to 15 from creating hindrance in making a public road of the colony by giving threat. 2. Submissions have been made that as the State was not fulfilling its obligation of repairing the public road, the residents of the area pooled funds and when they started repairing the same, respondent Nos. 6 to 15 have created obstructions and therefore, the respondents be directed to prevent them from creating obstructions. 3.
