This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking execution of order dated 08.12.2023 passed under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 ('the Code'). By order dated 08.12.2023, the Tehsildar, exercising powers under Section 67 of the Code on an application made by the Gaon Sabha, passed the order of eviction against respondent no.5. 2. The petitioner made a representation dated 14.08.2025 to the Tehsildar seeking execution of the order dated 08.12.2023 and whereafter has filed the present PIL. 3.
