This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to ensure strict compliance of paragraph 4 of Government Order dated 01.05.2017, filed as Annexure-12 to the petition. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that several grievances of several persons have been indicated in the petition and in para 19 of the petition, it has been indicated that respondent no.7 has illegally occupied the house of the petitioner and has demanded exaction money from him.
