This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia seeking a direction to the Vice Chairman of the Development Authority to stop and seal the development work/construction work by respondent no. 5 on his private land against land use, more particularly plot nos. 53 and 55 of Bhagwan Puram Mehra Colony, Shikohabad. 2. The petitioner claims himself to be a social worker and that he has raised public issues/grievances on various forums and that he has no personal interest in filing the instant petition. 3. A perusal of the petition indicates that several complaints relating to the subject matter of the petition have been annexed having been filed by the residents of the colony in question. However, admittedly, the petitioner is not a resident of the colony and as to
