This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking relief with regard to the action of the respondent No. 6 and the official respondents. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that the petitioner is aggrieved of the rituals, which are apparently going on for a long time and on 19.09.2025, representation was made and sent through registered post by the petitioner to respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and on 26.09.2025, the present petition has been filed. 3. Filing of PILs, immediately on making representations, without even waiting for the same reaching the respondents and any action/outcome on the said representation in a case where apparently there is no urgency in the matter, cannot be countenanced. 4.
