This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed seeking removal of illegal encroachment over the public utility land, as indicated in the petition. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that except for producing Khatauni and repeated representations alleging encroachments by certain persons without disclosing the names of the said persons, no material worth the name has been placed on record to substantiate the allegations made in the petition. 3. Looking to the cursory nature of the petition as well as representations, no case for entertaining the petition is made out. The same is, therefore, dismissed. (Kshitij Shailendra,J.)
