This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking removal of illegal encroachment/unauthorised construction of respondent nos. 6 to 9 from the pond land being Gata No. 989 measuring 0.0650 hectare, situated at Kusmara, Tehsil Kishani, District Mainpuri. 2. Submissions have been made that the pond land is in encroachment of respondent nos. 6 to 9 and despite representation made by the petitioner, no action has been taken. 3. A perusal of the record indicates that except for producing the khatauni pertaining to the land in question and a representation dated 12.09.2025, wherein reference has been made regarding permanent construction by the respondents, no material worth the name has been produced on record substantiating the allegations made in the petition. 4.
