This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents-authorities not to interfere in the land of the villagers without following the process of law under Land Acquisition Act. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that the allegations have been made that for widening the road, the constructions/land of the petitioners are being used, however, no compensation has been paid and that no acquisition has taken place. 3. A perusal of the petition further indicates that all the petitioners have claimed that their land is being acquired/used by the respondents. 4. The case, as projected in the petition, is absolutely personal to the petitioners and, therefore, filing of the present PIL, in view of requirement of Rule 1(3-A), Chap
