This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed seeking a decision on application dated 14.08.2025 filed by the petitioner before the Commissioner, MGNREGA. 2. Submissions have been made that the application made by the petitioner is pending consideration and the authority may be directed to decide the same with expedition. 3. A perusal of the record indicates that the complaint apparently has been made on 14.08.2025 along with an affidavit dated 08.07.2025 which also has been sent by registered post. 4. Filing of a petition seeking expeditious disposal of complaint within a period of six weeks from the date the complaint has been made, without even approaching the authority for its expeditious disposal, cannot be countenanced. 5.
