This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction not to make payment to respondent no. 9 and blacklist respondent no. 9. 2. Submissions have been made that the petitioner had earlier filed Public Interest Litigation No. 2652 of 2025, which was dismissed on 16.09.2025, as the Court was not satisfied with regard to bona fides and credentials of the petitioner. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming himself as having been appointed Kshetriya Prabhari of one Ekta Jan Kalyan Samiti, Nadigaon, District Jalaun. The petition has been filed by the petitioner in his personal name and no material further has been produced to indicate the constitution of the said Ekta Jan Kalyan Samiti. The petitioner has also failed to disclose as to how and under what circumst
