This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner claiming himself to have been authorized by Bhaichara All India Truck Operators Welfare Association inter-alia questioning the conduct of the RTO and ARTO, Auraiya and take disciplinary and criminal action against those found responsible. 2. Several allegations have been made regarding the officers challaning the vehicles in question at an exorbitant amount, and the amount being paid by the truck owners, receipt of lesser amount is being issued and that for the period the vehicle remains seized, the amount in the name of parking charges are also being recovered. 3.
