This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondents no. 2 to 4 to conduct a high level enquiry in respect of the development work done in the Gram Sabha Village Harpur, Nagar Panchayat Tarkulwa, Post Govindpur, District Deoria. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that petitioner has filed right to information applications seeking data for the years 2017 to 2024 and has alleged that none of the amounts paid by the respondents have been utilized for the purpose the amount was paid, as on the ground level, no work has been executed. 3.
