This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking to take appropriate action against respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 7 under provisions of Section 95(1)(g) of the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1947. However, the petition filed, totally lacks in the requirements as indicated under Chapter XXII Rule 1(3A) of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952. 2.
