This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to respondent nos. 3 and 4 to conduct proper inquiry with regard to the irregularities committed in the development work of Gram Panchayat Rampur, Block Khatauli, P.O. Dayalpuri, Tehsil Khatauli, District Muzaffarnagar. 2. Submissions have been made that despite the fact that the inquiry was instituted on 30.12.2024 against the Gram Pradhan, on account of non- cooperation by the Secretary of Gram Panchayat Rampur, the record was not being made available to the Inquiry Committee and, therefore, the respondents be directed to conclude the inquiry. 3. By order dated 01.09.2025, learned Standing Counsel was directed to obtain instructions with regard to the conduct of the Secretary of the Gram Panchaya
