This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to discharge stagnant and polluted drain water of Nagar Palika Parishad, Ujhani, Budaun in villages Narau, Achaura, Malikpur and Meelal Nagla of District Budaun and discharge the same in Bhainsora River and construct Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and prepare proper drainage system for discharge of drain water of Budaun. 2. Instructions were produced indicating that though the land has been made available by the Nagar Palika Parishad for setting up the STP, the land for a pumping station is not available and despite the communication in this regard, land is not being made available. 3.
